After finish machining, the roll surface will be engraved a layer of cell net by laser according to printing fineness, the thickness of ink and so on. Ceramic roll is widely used in printing, plastic, coatings , optics, semiconductor and other fields. Ceramic Anilox Rollers have capillary pores and is hydrophilic, making the ink layer more uniform and fine, which can significantly improve the quality of the print.

Funktioner

For some industries where coating is very expensive, although the use of Ceramic Anilox Rollers increases the cost for a while, but in the long run, it seems that the material used will be greatly saved, and the production speed is increased, so the benefits are obvious. It has to be polished surface treatment after laser engraving the mesh, with smooth surface and almost no abrasion to the rubber roller and printing plate.
